3.Provide Nearest/Prominent  Land Mark

4 Include your Mobile Number in your address.

5 Include your alternate delivery address.(eg.neighboring address)

6.If your Address or Mobile number is different from registered Address/Mobile Number, Please do inform us by email immediately after your purchase


Surface couriers are usually delivered within 7-10 days and there can be some delay  in certain cases like holidays etc which is beyond the control of the seller . 

You can track your item or contact the local courier for more precise information about delivery.

Some areas require certain forms which has to be taken care by the buyer. alternative address (neighboring address, local post office or delivery point).

There are some remote locations especially in North Eastern states where there is no courier service. We request you to send us your shipping details before placing the order so that we can check if the delivery is available. If you have already placed the order, your amount will be refunded.

If the couriers decide to call the recipient, they can only call local phone numbers, so please provide us with a local number to enable phone communication with the courier.

In the unlikely event that your shipment  delivered is damaged notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery., including photos and detailed description of the damage. 

In these cases, Purvey offers customer support for submitting complaints to the courier service provider and by guiding you along the claims procedure, free of charge.


Ensure that the packet received is in non-tampered condition else don’t accept .
