Damaged or improper Item

Should there be any item damaged , please contact our customer service 8194-800-900 within 24 hours for claim purposes. Remember to send back all items including accessories and the free promotional items that came with the purchase.  Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available

Other Returns

Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions need to be met.

Process: Returned items are  verificatied of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned merchandise.Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 days of receipt) . If the evaluation check is successful, We/Reseller will ship you a Replacement merchandise or  will refund  within 7 Days starting your successful evaluation date

About refund

 In general, you will get the refund in 15 business days after  your returns acceptance conditions are met. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected or has obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back. Please note once Purvey initiates the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly. There might be a delay of the refund for your return, this is because we usually handle returns twice a week

Exchanges

Exchange is also available for initially please complete the online return process outlined above. Next, place a new order. You’ll be billed for your new order at the time of purchase. Once we’ve cleared your return by the terms of our return policy, we’ll issue your refund.

Return shipping fee

You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on our part (such as incorrect item, size, or colour).
